How often is the content updated?
We update our digital content on the last day of each month after 10 p.m. (CST). This means that you will always have access to the current and following month's activities, but once the month ends, the content will be replaced. We encourage you to take advantage of the digital content while it is available so that you don't miss out on any exciting opportunities.

How often will I be charged?
If you subscribe monthly, you will be charged once a month. If you subscribe yearly, you will be charged once a year. All subscriptions will automatically renew as long as the subscription is active and has not been cancelled.

When will I be charged?
When you subscribe to SaltandPrep.com, you will be charged upon checkout. The next charge will either take place a month or year later, from the date of purchase, depending on the length of your subscription.
If you would like to see the exact date for the next charge, sign-in to SaltandPrep.com - Select ACCOUNT - Select SUBSCRIPTIONS. Under the Members Only tab, you will be able to see the date the next order will be processed, the amount that will be processed and the frequency for which it will be processed (Monthly/Yearly).

How do I change my payment information?
Sign-in to SaltandPrep.com - Select ACCOUNT - Select SUBSCRIPTIONS - Select PAYMENT METHOD - And then UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD. *Make sure you select your default payment method before exiting.

What happens if my payment fails?
Effective September 1, 2024, if your payment fails, your account will be immediately cancelled, regardless of any automated messages to the contrary. Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any disruption in service.

You will need one subscription per physical address. Each subscription is tied to a specific location and cannot be shared across multiple sites. Yes, you can cancel any time before your subscription renews. If you cancel, you will still have access to the site for the length of your paid subscription.

No. Our subscriptions feature access to digital products, which can be downloaded at any time during an active subscription, so all sales are final.
