ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY

Subscription Services are available to Users who have registered their accounts by truthfully filling out all required information and becoming members. You agree to take full responsibility for your selection and use of the Subscription Services. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access or use the Subscription Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Our digital service is offered in the form of a subscription. Features, materials, and other content are available when you access your account at SaltandPrep.com. We reserve the right to change, modify, terminate, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise amend offered features, content, subscription plans, promotional offerings, or the availability of any feature or content at any time.

The Subscription Services require payment before you can access paid features and Content (“Paid Subscription”). SaltandPrep.com, at its discretion, may offer multiple types of Paid Subscriptions and reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend the features or Content included in any Paid Subscription. We may also offer special promotional plans, memberships, or services, including offerings of third-party products or services in conjunction with or through the Subscription Services. SaltandPrep.com is not responsible for products or services provided by third parties.

You can choose between a monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly subscription to SaltandPrep.com. When you purchase your selected Paid Subscription, you will have access to the Senior Activity Learning Terminal (S.A.L.T.) and the Content currently available within that Paid Subscription for the duration of your selected subscription period. We may periodically update the Subscription Services, including the features, software, and/or Content available as part of a Paid Subscription. As a result, certain features, software, and/or Content may be modified, removed, replaced, or made available for free.

Subscription Content may include a combination of new, previously published, updated, revised, or returning materials. SaltandPrep.com does not guarantee that all Content made available during any subscription period will be newly created or previously unpublished. Content may be reused, rotated, updated, revised, or reintroduced as part of the Subscription Services at our discretion.

USING THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

The Subscription Services and any features or digital content made available through the Subscription Services (the “Content”) are the property of SaltandPrep.com or its licensors. SaltandPrep.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Subscription Services and Content in accordance with these Terms (collectively, “Access”). This Access remains in effect for the duration of your Paid Subscription unless terminated earlier by you or SaltandPrep.com in accordance with these Terms.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly subscription period, depending on the term you have chosen, until you cancel.

Upon termination of this Agreement any copyrights vested in the Content shall remain with SaltandPrep.com, its licensors or third parties. The Content is copyrighted material and is available only to subscribers at one physical location per subscription. You cannot copy, share, sell, or distribute any of the contents from the paid member area. When the Access has been terminated, all licenses and permissions granted hereunder shall automatically terminate and you shall immediately cease your use of the Content. It is your responsibility to ensure that such unauthorized use or access of the Content will not happen. SaltandPrep.com also reserves the right at our sole discretion to (a) request you to immediately remove any such misused Content, (b) limit, suspend or terminate your account, (c) take technical and legal steps to keep you off the Site; and (d) recover costs associated with unauthorized use.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure so that no third parties apart from you have access, use and utilize the Subscription Services. You must notify SaltandPrep.com immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You also agree (a) not to violate any laws in connection with your use of the Subscription Services; (b) not to interfere with or try to disrupt our Subscription Services, for example by distributing a virus or other harmful computer code into our platforms, third party services, or other programs or systems our clients may use to promote their products; and (c) copy, sell, lease, post, share, or otherwise provide access to Subscription Services and its contents to any third party.

PAYMENT TERMS

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the applicable Monthly Subscription rate. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. You are responsible for all recurring charges incurred before cancellation. We explain how to cancel your subscription below in the “Cancellation Policy” section.

By purchasing a Three-Month Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for three months of service. At the end of each three-month subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional three-month period at the applicable Three-Month Subscription rate unless canceled before the next billing cycle. We explain how to cancel your subscription below in the “Cancellation Policy” section.

By purchasing a Six-Month Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for six months of service. At the end of each six-month subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional six-month period at the applicable Six-Month Subscription rate unless canceled before the next billing cycle. We explain how to cancel your subscription below in the “Cancellation Policy” section.

By purchasing a Yearly/Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. At the end of each annual subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional one-year period at the applicable Annual Subscription rate unless canceled before the next billing cycle. We explain how to cancel your subscription below in the “Cancellation Policy” section.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel a monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly subscription at any time after the subscription is activated and the first payment is made.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account at SaltandPrep.com, select “Cancel Subscription” from the left side of your dashboard, and then select “Confirm Cancel.” Your subscription will be valid until the date displayed in your account on your screen.

RETURN POLICY

Because the Subscription Services provide immediate access to digital content, all payments are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not result in a refund or credit for any unused portion of the current subscription period. Access will remain available through the end of the paid subscription period.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Each Paid Subscription is valid for one physical location only: the physical address provided when the account is created. A subscription may not be used at, shared with, or transferred to another community, facility, building, location, organization, or address. A separate subscription is required for each physical location that accesses or uses the Subscription Services or Content.

Account login credentials, including usernames and passwords, may not be shared with individuals outside the subscribing physical location or used to provide access to another location. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all use of your account.

Content provided through SaltandPrep.com, including downloadable and printable materials, is licensed solely for use at the physical location associated with the subscription. Content may be printed and reproduced as reasonably necessary for programming and participants at that location but may not be copied, emailed, uploaded, posted, sold, resold, distributed, transferred, or otherwise shared with another facility, community, organization, location, or third party.

You may not rent, transfer, commercially exploit, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Subscription Services or Content to any third party. You may not modify, adapt, alter, or create derivative products from SaltandPrep.com Content for resale, redistribution, publication, or other unauthorized use. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no part of SaltandPrep.com or the Subscription Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted, or transmitted outside the physical location associated with the subscription.

The rights granted to you under these Terms remain subject to these restrictions. Any future release, update, or other addition to the functionality of SaltandPrep.com or the Subscription Services shall also be subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use SaltandPrep.com or the Subscription Services to: (a) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law; (b) stalk, harass, or harm another individual; (c) collect or store personal data about other users without authorization; (d) impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (e) interfere with or disrupt SaltandPrep.com, its servers, networks, or systems; (f) introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology; or (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Subscription Services, another user's account, or any systems or networks connected to the Subscription Services.

SaltandPrep.com may monitor and review account activity, including login activity, access history, download history, and other usage information, for purposes including account security, customer support, maintaining and improving the Subscription Services, and identifying or investigating suspected unauthorized access, account sharing, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

SaltandPrep.com reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Subscription Services for unauthorized account sharing, use at multiple physical locations, unauthorized copying or distribution of Content, nonpayment, or other material violations of these Terms. Termination of access does not transfer or eliminate SaltandPrep.com's ownership of or rights in its Content, and all restrictions concerning unauthorized use, copying, sharing, distribution, resale, and publication of Content will continue to apply after termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER

SaltandPrep.com works hard to provide accurate, reliable, and enjoyable materials for use in senior activity programming. The activities, resources, prefilled calendars, and other materials provided through the Subscription Services are intended as ideas, planning tools, and programming resources and are not professional, medical, legal, or regulatory advice.

Prefilled calendars are provided as a planning tool and are not intended to guarantee compliance with any federal, state, or local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, survey standards, or other requirements applicable to a senior living community or care setting. Requirements may vary by state, facility type, license, and other circumstances and may change over time. It is the responsibility of each activity professional and organization to determine the requirements applicable to their community and to ensure that their programming, documentation, and practices meet those requirements.

Activity professionals and organizations are responsible for determining whether an activity or resource is appropriate for their participants and for making any necessary modifications based on participants’ abilities, needs, dietary restrictions, safety considerations, and level of required assistance or supervision.

SaltandPrep.com is not responsible for any injuries or issues that may occur while activities are being facilitated, as supervision, implementation, and participation remain the responsibility of the activity professional or organization using the materials.

SaltandPrep.com does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, survey finding, regulatory determination, or level of compliance resulting from the use of the Subscription Services. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Subscription Services is to stop using them.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Subscription Services shall be brought exclusively in the applicable state or federal courts in Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If you reside outside the United States, you may also be entitled to certain rights or protections under the mandatory laws of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and SaltandPrep.com regarding your use of the Subscription Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
